Double Chocolate Brownies

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Mix 90 g flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 200 g sugar, 100 g chopped dark chocolate, 20 g cocoa powder, 110 g melted butter or 110 g melted margarine , 1 tsp salt in a bowl.

Mix in 2 eggs one at a time.

Pour batter into a baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes. Test using a knife or toothpick, it should have a few moist crumbs sticking to it.
