Banana Chocolate Nut Cookies

Mix 240 g flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 tsp salt in a bowl.

Chop 100 g macadamia nuts, 100 g pecan nuts and 120 g dark chocolate or 120 g white chocolate or 120 g milk chocolate and whisk into the flour mixture.

Mash 2 bananas and add 6 tbsp melted coconut oil, 250 g brown sugar and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Combine with the flour mixture. Refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 190 C. Form dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool for another 10 minutes.
